Pricing questions
Is GST extra?
Yes. Every price on this page is ex-GST; 18% GST is added on the invoice, as with any software licence. You get a GST invoice from Sovlr Nyver Pvt Ltd (GSTIN 37ABQCS8019R1Z7) for your input credit.
How do I pay, and how does the key arrive?
Message us on WhatsApp with the plan you want. We send a GST invoice; once it is paid, the licence key comes on WhatsApp and you paste it once on the shop PC. The key works offline; nothing phones home.
Can I move from monthly to yearly, or add a device later?
Yes, any time. Message us and we issue a new key with the new plan or the extra user or device; paste it over the old one. Nothing in Tally or in your data changes.
How many people can use it?
Every plan includes 2 users and 2 Face ID / fingerprint devices. The counter boy, the godown man, the accountant: ₹999 a year each beyond that. Each person gets their own permissions; big actions wait for the owner's approval on the phone.
What happens when the trial ends, or I stop paying?
The trial is 14 days; then paste the key we send on WhatsApp. On monthly, a late payment gets 7 days' grace, after which billing pauses; your data and Tally are untouched, nothing is lost. The one-time plan never expires.
