Tally's own feature on Meta's Cloud API. ₹1,300 a year to activate (₹100 of message credit included), then every message is paid from a prepaid wallet at Meta's rates; needs an active TSS. Sends from the Tally PC.

Scan the QR once
On the shop PC, AnkanaGo shows a QR. Scan it from the shop's WhatsApp (Linked devices), exactly as for WhatsApp Web. The phone stays the primary device and keeps working as before.

Save a bill and it posts to Tally, prints, and its PDF goes to the party's WhatsApp number from the ledger. Statements go the same way, on demand or on a schedule. The e-way bill number, once pasted back, prints on the WhatsApp copy too.
Screenshots come back as receipts
Customers reply with their UPI payment screenshot. AnkanaGo reads the amount and reference, matches the party and drafts the receipt; anything unsure waits in the Review queue for the owner's one-tap approval before it posts to Tally.
What a linked device does not do
Not the Business API, and that is the point
- No green-tick verified business name and no templated marketing broadcasts. If your shop needs bulk campaigns to thousands of numbers, an API tool is the right product; AnkanaGo is for bills, statements and receipts to your own customers.
- The shop PC must be on and connected for messages to go. If the internet drops, bills still post and print on the shop Wi-Fi; the WhatsApp copies go when the connection is back. No bill is lost.
- We do not see your chats. Everything runs on the shop PC; the vendor holds only the shop name, plan and licence key.

Questions about WhatsApp bills
Which number do the bills go from?
From the shop's own WhatsApp number, the one your customers already have saved. AnkanaGo is a linked device on it, exactly like WhatsApp Web on a laptop; the phone stays the primary device.
Does the customer need to save my number or install anything?
No. The bill arrives as an ordinary WhatsApp message with a PDF, from your number. The customer can reply with a payment screenshot, and AnkanaGo drafts the receipt from it.
Can my WhatsApp number get banned?
Honestly: AnkanaGo sends bills and statements from your number to your own customers, which is ordinary WhatsApp use. Keep messages to people who buy from you and to bill and account matters; do not send promotions to unknown numbers. Under WhatsApp's rules any automation carries some risk; used like this, in our experience, it stays well inside them. If in doubt, use a separate number for the shop.
